Banking Law

industry. Attorney Sam Borek was named chairman of OptimumBank Holdings
in December 2009 and has served as Chairman of the Board of NCB Holdings,
Inc., the parent company of New Century Bank in Chicago. He has also
held leadership positions in banks located throughout Illinois and Florida.
As a result of his extensive banking background, Borek has developed considerable
